Carl Gambino is a luxury residential real estate agent and the founder of Gambino Group at Compass. The practice operates across seven markets in four states: New York, Los Angeles, Miami, the Hamptons, the North Fork, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Gambino has recorded more than $3.5 billion in career sales, advising clients across business, entertainment, sport, and technology.
Gambino was first licensed in New York and began in commercial real estate at Marcus and Millichap. He joined Westside Estate Agency in Beverly Hills in 2015 and founded Gambino Group at Compass in 2020. He has set price per square foot records in Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills and on Fisher Island in Miami Beach, and holds record sales in Encino. Documented transactions include the $65 million sale of the South Mapleton Drive estate in Holmby Hills, the $55 million sale of a Beverly Park estate, and a $21.25 million Fisher Island sale that set the island’s price per square foot record.
RealTrends ranked Gambino Group second in New York and tenth nationally. Gambino is a contemporary art collector and patron, and the art world has documented him as such on its own terms. Cultured named him to Young Collectors 2025 in June 2025.
