A six-bedroom oceanfront condominium at the Estates at Acqualina sold for $21.6 million on July 10, 2026, or approximately $2,800 per square foot across roughly 7,700 square feet. The seller, a company managed by the Mexican real estate investment executive Moussa El Mann, had acquired the unit in 2025 for $17.9 million. Yansy Checa of Douglas Elliman held the listing, and Laura Carneiro of Laura Vale International Realty brought the buyer, an entity led by the attorney Nora Galego.
The trade returns roughly twenty-one percent in under two years, an unusually fast turn for a unit of this size. Sunny Isles Beach has become the primary destination for Latin American capital entering South Florida residential, and the Estates at Acqualina sits at the top of that inventory.
Resale velocity at the building has now become its own market signal, distinct from the sponsor pricing that preceded it.
