A waterfront mansion at 221 Casuarina Concourse in Coral Gables sold for $24.5 million on July 13, 2026 to a trust. Chad Carroll and Michelle Suegart of Compass represented the seller, Martha Hernandez. Roberto Quiroz of One Sotheby's International Realty brought the buyer.
The residence spans approximately 11,800 square feet with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Its last asking price was $28 million, and the sale closed three and a half million beneath that figure. Casuarina Concourse runs through the guard-gated waterfront enclave south of the Coral Gables Waterway, where deep-water dockage and proximity to Biscayne Bay have sustained a distinct pricing tier from the rest of the city.
Coral Gables recorded two sales above $20 million on the same day in July, a concentration the market has produced only a handful of times.
